TERMS OF SALES

BUY A PRODUCT
To add products to your cart, click “Add to Cart” from the description of the product requested. Your order will be confirmed once confirmed and paid. To do this, click on “View Cart” at the top right.
Review your order and information about the delivery, then click “Continue and complete the command.” Fill out the payment form and click “Buy” to confirm the order. A confirmation will be sent to the email address you provided.

PRICES
Prices are only indicated in euros, include tax and do not include transport fees.

Maison Olibere reserves the right to modify the prices of products offered on the olibere.com website at any time without prior notice. The products are invoiced at the prices displayed on the olibere.com website at the time the order is confirmed, provided the products were available at this time.
All orders are payable in euros only.

PAYMENTS
Customers are able to pay for their orders using Stripe.
Confirming the order means that the customer will pay the price displayed.
Any order placed outside the EU may be subject to VAT, rights and / or import taxes, which are imposed when your parcel on the territory of the country of delivery.
The e-shop olibere.com ships your package according to Incoterm DDU (Delivered Duty Unpaid). That means we do not charge or VAT or duties and / or taxes on orders to countries outside the EU, and we are unable to predict the amount of your contingencies. If you actually have to pay additional expenses of this type, you must fulfill in order to clear your package. For more information, please contact your local customs office.

SHIPPING
Our shop offers free delivery worldwide.
Your order will be processed within two business days. The delivery time is approximately five business days, depending on your location.

DELIVERY AND RECEPTION
Delivery charges are as follows: – Free delivery for all products worldwide
For orders for France : Products are delivered by La Poste using Colissimo
Colissimo: signed for delivery of the items selected within 2-3 business days depending on the date of your purchase (your order must be confirmed before 11 am Paris time on weekdays).

For orders outside France : Products are delivered using an express logistics company
The delivery with an Express logistics company will request a signature upon delivery of the items selected, and will take 3-8 business days depending on your order date and the country of destination.
A tracking number is sent via e-mail within 48 hours.

NB: The company Maison Olibere is not responsible in case of strikes, bad weather or other disruptions which result in the delay of the delivery of the ordered products.

In all cases, for orders to countries outside of the European Union, the customer is the importer of the products.
Customs duties or other local taxes may be payable, these customs duties are to be paid by the customer.
The articles will be delivered to the address indicated by the customer when the order is placed (a notice of delivery will be left in the absence of the customer).
It is the responsibility of the customer to check the state of the packaging and the content of the parcel upon receipt of the merchandise and to indicate if the parcel appears to have been opened or damaged. Signature, without reservation, of the delivery docket by the customer is deemed to signify acceptance of the parcel.
Maison Olibere may not in any case be held responsible for any deterioration in the quality of the products and their packaging due to shipment.
In compliance with the provisions of article L.121-20-3 of the Consumer Code, the articles ordered will be delivered no later than 30 days from the day following the order placement, subject to complete payment of the purchase price.
Delivery lead times vary depending on the type of shipment and the place of delivery. The delivery lead time runs from receipt of the payment or bank authorization.
For any order made on the website www.olibere.com, delivery leadtimes will be indicated to the customer at the time the order is made, it being specified that the leadtimes indicated on the website www.olibere.com are valid for orders placed from Monday to Friday, before 11 am Paris time (GMT +1 hour).

EXCHANGING OR RETURNING A PRODUCT
The product(s) purchased under the vente privée OLIBERE, via the website www.olibere.com, cannot be returned or exchanged.
For a product purchased via the website www.olibere.com, without the vente privée offer; If you should wish to return or exchange it, first let us know by sending an email to info@olibere.com within 14 days following the delivery of your order.

Please note that returns will only be accepted if the products are unused and labels and original packaging are fully intact.
Refunds for returned merchandise will be made to the original purchaser’s credit card upon the return of the product.
Please note that the original shipping costs will not be refunded, neither will your expenses for returning the product to us.
When returning the products, please send us the tracking number of the shipment so that we can confirm its arrival.
